Of all the people to start falling in love with, we often forget the closest, most obvious person: ourselves. To fall in love with ourselves is to fall in love with everyone and everything around us. Meditation is a sweet balm that opens the heart with tenderness to the beauty unfolding in each heart in each moment. It is a natural way of being that, like an old dream we may have forgotten, will re-awaken when we hear of it.
