Our everyday life leaves little time for reflection. Conversations and the words we speak are often distracted, without purpose or awareness. Yet now more than ever our hearts need to express both our struggles and our joys, to make time to reflect on where we’ve been, where we are, and where we are headed. We must craft sacred moments into our full and active lives.
For ages, students and teachers of meditation have gathered together to share their inner experience. Through such contemplative meetings, they were able to see the meaning and value of their stories, to care for each other in kindness, and to hold life as sacred once again.
This week, in place of our regular meditation evening, we will be holding individual and small group personal meditation dialogues. Sessions are approximately 45 minutes, and include silent and guided meditation, and conversation focused on your experiences in meditation and daily life. These sessions are available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Please personal message to schedule your session. Donations welcome but optional.
