We exist in a vibrant, vital world; the earth herself, her plants, animals, minerals, waters, sunlight and blue sky, is in a constantly unfolding relationship. Though we live everyday amid this living beauty, we often forget how to be truly alive. Meditation teaches us how to do this, how to be a growing, changing, breathing, feeling being. By bringing us into relationship with the natural world inside--the body, mind, and emotions--and the natural world outside--the earth around us--meditation restores our connection with the endlessly deep wonder of the human journey.
Because this relationship is so vast, so ancient yet ever-renewing, we must meet it with fresh eyes and a curious heart. When we live in that curious heart, the wild beauty within and without begins to teach.
All are welcome to this guided meditation, talk, and dialogue.
